"Karen Cares" is my motto as I am a Realtor that gets enjoyment from making people happy and I do that by helping my clients buy and sell homes.

Having the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation, I love to act as a Buyer's Agent helping my clients find just the right home and assisting in strategy to get the home at the desired price. Known for being tenacious at follow up and communication, my clients often become "clients for life".

I hold a marketing degree from Clarkson University, Potsdam NY. Prior to entering real estate, I had owned my own small business for 14 years. Surviving in small business takes guts, people skills, business savvy and street smarts. All of which I have.
